Our policies are here to make your stay with us as enjoyable and smooth as possible. They outline how we provide accommodation and other services to our guests. When you make a booking, you’re not just securing a spot; you’re also agreeing to be part of the wonderful Stay Swanky community by embracing these friendly conditions.
Limitation of Liability:
At Stay Swanky, your safety and satisfaction are paramount. Therefore, we have implemented a Limitation of Liability policy to protect you in the unlikely event of any loss or damage. Our liability is limited to situations arising from the negligence of our staff, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of income or business.
Force Majeure:
In circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, both parties are exempt from liability for damages or termination rights under our Force Majeure policy.
Booking and Reservations:
When making a reservation, we encourage you to secure the best possible deal by booking directly through our website or via email at hello@stayswanky.com. Our standard check-in time is from 15:00 to midnight, with check-out at 10:00. However, we understand the need for flexibility, and late check-in or check-out can be arranged with prior communication.
For payments, please note that accommodation fees must be settled upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation. We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, VPay, Diners, JCB, UnionPay, WeChat, and Alipay. Additionally, a deposit is required to cover potential damages, and this will be taken before your arrival or at check-in.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
In terms of cancellations and no-shows, we offer a free cancellation option if you notify us at least 48 hours before 15:00 (local time) on the arrival date. However, if you’ve booked a non-refundable rate, charges remain payable in full. Refunds for shortened stays are possible but do keep in mind that it takes a few days to process cancellations, and refund charges apply according to our cancellation policy. Valid reasons for cancellations are considered, excluding issues normal to shared accommodations.
Group and Corporate Bookings
For our guests planning group or corporate bookings, special arrangements are available based on your contract with Swanky. Group bookings come with specific deposit requirements, and the cancellation policy varies depending on the number of guests and the terms of your group contract.
If you cancel at least 8 weeks before your arrival, there are no fees, and you get a full refund.
Canceling 6 weeks before gives you an 85% refund.
Canceling 4 weeks before gives you a 70% refund.
Canceling 3 weeks before gives you a 50% refund.
Canceling 2 weeks before gives you a 30% refund.
Within 7 days of your arrival, the full accommodation price will be charged.
Additional charges and taxes may apply depending on your agreement with the group.
Refunds are based on the deposit amount paid.
In the unfortunate event of death or accident, a refund may be considered at the discretion of the management.
